M.A. Business and Organizational Psychology

The dynamic developments in the economy and society and the consequent increasing demands on all aspects of working life require contemporary work and control skills. To meet the challenges, versatile educated professionals and managers are required which focused on the future with its economic and organizational psychology competence in the interaction between man and the economy.

The aim of the course "Business and Organizational Psychology" is to provide necessary technical and managerial skills and the development of personal skills to oversee and shape the diverse conditions and contexts of workplace practices can. Given the potential to be economic and organizational psychology knowledge recognized and successfully applied to the daily work of modern organizations

You will be able to use the practice-oriented expertise that you will obtain and acquire in the IEC course in many organizational and commercial areas that are becoming increasingly relevant in modern business:

• Consulting
• Personnel Management (e.g., Leadership, Personnel, and Organizational Development)

The university course covers 9 modules for a total of 90 ECTS points. Successful graduates are awarded the internationally recognized degree as "Master of Arts".

• Organizational Behaviour and Management
• Organizational Consulting and Development
• The Psychology of Change in Organizations I&II
• Business Psychology I&II
• Introduction to Human Resource Managements I&II
• Market and Advertising Psychology
• Master Thesis

The two-year course is made up of 9 modules for a total of 90 ECTS. If required, additional ECTS points can be earned through state-recognized supplementary modules or certificate programs.

An internationally recognized academic master's degree will be awarded at the end of the program.

The structure of the course of study is geared to the needs of full-time workers. In addition to professional activities, students will participate in a combination of self-study phases and in-class modules.

The tuition fees cover the teaching materials available via the e-learning platform Moodle, access to the INSIDER Online Learning Tool and online libraries, professional coaching during the student project as well as examination fees and the access to the IEC-Alumni organization.

We offer two payment options: total payment in advance OR payment in four installments (per semester). There is also an additional one-time admission fee of 250€.

The tuition fees can usually be claimed for tax purposes.

Application to the course is open to anyone who can present a Bachelor's degree from a state-approved university. Our admission office will help review your documents and get in touch with you regarding the next application steps - interview arrangement, signing admission documents, etc.
