Prof. Dr. Mario Vaupel

Director of the IEC

Prof. Dr. Vaupel is the founder and Director of the Institute of Executive Capabilities (IEC) of Steinbeis University. He is a former member of the Board of the European Foundation for Management Development and the co-founder of the European Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF). On top of that, he is also a Professor of Sustainable Leadership.

Dr. Dhima is the Academic Director for International Graduate Program at the IEC. At the IEC, she is also a lecturer and a project coach.

Yoan Tanasale, M.A., CDMP

Head of Int'l Students Management

Ms. Tanasale is the Head of International Students Management at the IEC. She establishes and maintains collaborations with our international partners. She also has years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Training. With these experience, she assists students with their Transfer Projects as a project coach.

Johanna Strump, M.Sc.

Office & Student Manager

Ms. Strump is the Office & Student Manager at the IEC. She maintains the process our study programs. Having many experience in research field, she is now also lecturing Research Methods at the IEC.

International Students Advisor

Mr. Liu is the International Students Advisor at the IEC. He assists students, particularly those who are interested in our on-campus program, with their enquiries - provides them with a better understanding of our programs. He also assists students with questions related to their preparation to study abroad.
