with M.Sc. Psychology in HRDM
In collaboration with CHRIST (Deemed to be University), the IEC offers collaborative degree program where students can obtain M.Sc. degree in Psychology (HRDM) from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) while pursuing their M.A. degree in Business and Organizational Psychology by a project competence-oriented program from the IEC through credit transfer system.
This study program is intended for students who intended to become professionals in Business Management, HR, Consulting, Leadership, and Coaching. This program is also suitable for working professionals from many walks of life – i.e. HR managers, psychologists, business managers, marketing experts, social workers, engineers or scientists, who want to hone their people skills and boost their career with meaningful qualification and become sought-after talents in the labor market.
This program is conducted mainly at CHRIST University's campus in Bangalore, India. Faculty members from the IEC will come to Bangalore to deliver lectures. On the third semester, you will have to travel to Germany to attend your classes at the IEC's campus and complete the mandatory internship in Berlin.
The Master's degree from the IEC is recognized by the German state as well as internationally, and accredited by FIBAA.

The total tuition fees for both Master's programs are 13,900 EUR.
The tuition fees cover access to the INSIDER online learning solution, teaching materials available via the e-learning platform Moodle, access to the online libraries, professional coaching during the student project as well as examination fees and the access to IEC-Alumni organization.
