Prof. Dr. Mario Vaupel

Director of the IEC

Prof. Dr. Vaupel is the founder and Director of the Institute of Executive Capabilities (IEC) of Steinbeis University. He is a former member of the Board of the European Foundation for Management Development and the co-founder of the European Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF). On top of that, he is also a Professor of Sustainable Leadership.

Dr. Stela Dhima

Program Director

Dr. Dhima is responsible for the management of the International Graduate Program at the IEC. She is highly experienced in academic, research, and business industry. As one of our lecturers, she teaches Business Psychology as well as Research Methods modules. She is also a project coach, working closely with students on their Transfer Projects.

Yoan Tanasale, M.A., CDMP

Head of Int'l Students Management

Ms. Tanasale is responsible for the student acquisition process and marketing activities at Steinbeis IEC, including establishing and maintaining collaborations with our international partners. Due to her years of experience in HR, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, and Training, she also lectures and gives workshops related to these topics. She also works closely with students on their Transfer Projects as a project coach.

Ms. Hölter assists interested students with their inquiries - specifically the online Master's programs in Business Management. Through individual consultations, Ms. Hölter provides students with a better understanding of our study programs and helps them prepare to start their study.
