Your profile

You seek to advance your career by developing your critical thinking and building the expertise to help you boost your team and organization’s productivity. You want to strengthen your capabilities in various organizational fields like performance management, talent management, people and organizational development, as well as managing change in organizations. You are in a managerial or leadership position, aiming to strengthen your leadership qualities and bring impacts that help your people and organization thrive.

Your Future Perspective

You will be able to use the practice-oriented expertise that you will obtain and acquire in the IEC course in many organizational and commercial areas that are becoming increasingly relevant in modern business:

  • Marketing
  • Market Research
  • Project Management
  • Control of Networks
  • Consulting
  • Personnel Management (e.g., Leadership, Personnel, and Organizational Development)

I really enjoy the practice-orientated examples the lecturers tend to share. I am able to make a comparison with my Bachelor’s degree that had more theoretical orientation and was delivered mainly by academics. As a whole, it helped me to develop critical and scientific thinking, and now I am happily acquiring another degree with a different perspective that is exclusively relevant to my current profession and more practice-orientated.
