The Diploma of Advanced Studies in Talent Management provides a comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge for talent management. The systematic learning journey through the strategic and operational fundamentals of talent management will provide the necessary knowledge to performe in this profession. Additionally, the work on the specific challenges of this field in modern organizations will convey the ability to lead a talent management function into the future.

The Diploma of Advanced Studies in Talent Management will provide knowledge on a level of a Master´s degree. The program can be used as a preparation for a Master´s degree or supplementary study program.

Requirements

The admission to the Diploma of Advanced Studies program requires a Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 3 (three) years of professional experience.

Starting Date: October/November 2019

Credit Points: equal to 15 ECTS (6 months)
