Women and Equality
Information on diversity and equality at FABE
The decentralized Women's and Equal Opportunities Officers at Steinbeis University advise and support individuals and groups. They are responsible for different programs and projects. Together they form a competent advisory and information team.
Our Field of Action
The fields of action are very broad and include topics such as career planning, diversity and the compatibility of family and work.
Advice eg on career planning, in cases of conflict or in the case of sexual harassment
Participation in all bodies and commxissions, e.g. appointments, faculty council, board of directors, recruitment
Compatibility of family, studies and work
Decentralized Women's and Gender Equality officers in our Faculty of Business and Economics
Our Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer will be happy to answer any questions that concern equal opportunities for women and men on a personal or institutional level.
